Terms and Conditions CANCELLATION - Whilst every effort will be made to re-let your booking should you have to cancel, monies can only be returned if this proves possible. We encourage visitors to take out cancellation insurance. A 5% handling charge will be deducted from any returned deposit. An optional Cancellation Insurance will be sent to you with confirmation of your booking. Dogs - A well-behaved dog is welcome but it must be kept under control and not allowed on the furniture or left alone in the cottage. Duvets, Towels and Linen provided. Electricity is included in the tariff.
